Lecrae’s name and body of work is popping up everywhere and he is still climbing as a respected lyricist in both gospel and secular arenas.
Lecrae’s music embodies current issues, current struggles, and encouragement all while emphasizing going to God to resolve all these matters. He manages to do all this while avoiding to brand himself as a Christian or gospel artist which more than likely has helped to push his message further than those who have chosen a genre.
