Congratulations to the following 2018 Grammy winners. Unfortunately, no mainstream gospel artist was invited to perform this year. (See winners below).
If anyone knows the gospel choir who performed with Sam Smith, you’re doing better than most. There was, however, a segment dedicated to the late and great Edwin Hawkins who just recently died on January 15, 2018. Hawkins was a great pioneer and trailblazer of the American gospel sound.
IndieGospelRevealed.com has now joined the cause along with producer and Chief Levite, Kevin Bond by becoming a member of The Recording Academy. The goal is to have more influence and even be able to both nominate and vote for both upcoming Grammy Award nominees and winners.
